- Delivery: Estimated arrival windows appear at checkout based on your address and selected carrier/service.
- Split shipments: Items may ship from different partner warehouses; you’ll receive separate tracking links.
Destinations
- U.S. 48 states: All standard and expedited services shown at checkout.
- PO Boxes / APO/FPO: Supported for many items via eligible carriers; options shown at checkout.
- International: Available for select items. Duties/VAT and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

We ship in plain outer packaging with a neutral sender name. Packing slips omit pricing.
Address changes & delivery issues
- Address updates: If fulfillment hasn’t started, we’ll try to update it. Once a label is created, rerouting depends on the carrier and may not be possible.
- Missed/failed delivery: Follow the carrier notice to reschedule or pick up. If an order is returned to sender, contact support for next steps.
- Marked delivered but missing: Check with others at your address and neighbors, then the carrier. If still missing, contact us with the order number.

Defects & damage
Report issues within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos/video. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per the item’s defect policy.
How returns work
- Start a request: Click Open Support and choose Return/Exchange or Problem with Order.
- Get your RMA: We’ll confirm eligibility, send the return address and packing steps. Items without an RMA may be refused.
- Ship it back: Return shipping depends on the item’s rule and reason. Include the RMA on the label or inside the box.
- Refund or replacement: After inspection, we process a refund to the original method or issue a replacement. Banks typically post refunds in 3–10 business days.
Cancellations & exchanges
- Cancellations: We’ll attempt it if fulfillment hasn’t started.
- Exchanges: The quickest exchange is a new purchase; we refund the original once the return is approved and received.

Will prices appear in the box?
No. Packing slips omit pricing by default.
Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO?
Often yes via eligible carriers; options appear at checkout. Some oversized or restricted items may require a street address.
Who pays for return shipping?
It depends on the item’s return rule and reason. We’ll confirm costs when we issue your RMA.
What if tracking shows “delivered” but I don’t have it?
Check with others at your address and neighbors, then the carrier. If still missing, contact us with your order number so we can assist.
